Cupcakes
Our signature bake is the Rasmalai Cupcake! Rasmalai is an Indian dessert flavored with rose water and cardamom, and it was Chandra's favorite childhood sweet. These cupcakes have two light and creamy layers of ricotta filling and are topped with rose water and cardamom buttercream frosting.
Our second cupcake is Mango, Orange, & Ginger, made with vanilla sponge cake and two layers of mango buttercream frosting topped with orange and ginger jam.
Chai
We make chai using Chandra's mother's recipe.
